MD Rookie Controller ID Guide

1. Identify The Controller

The controller on the Rookie model cart is located behind the battery under the black access cover. Lift the seat and remove the plastic cover to gain access to the controller.

 

2. Identify The Controller

With the access cover out of the way you will be able to easily see the controller.

 

3. Identify The Controller

The controller in the Rookie model is made by New Green Energy

  

4. Locate Programming Port

The programming port on the Rookie model is located along the left hand side of the passenger side glove box.

Now that we have identified the controller in your vehicle we can take a look at the required equipment to connect to the vehicle and make your desired changes.

5. Programming Cable

6. Programming Software

In addition to the programming cable you will need to have a copy of the "HKCK" software loaded on your pc. WE DO NOT PROVIDE THE SOFTWARE.
