Whisper EV W Series Controller ID Guide

1. Locate the controller  

The controller on the W-Series carts is located under the seat on the passenger side of the cart. If you have an XL model it will be under the 2nd seat.

 

2. Observe & Identify The Controller

With the seat cushion lifted you can view the controller, It is mounted in the cart vertically on the passenger side. The W series carts uses the 350a or the 450a JHL controller depending on the model- Our cable will work with both models.

 

3. Locate & Identify Programming Port

The programming port on the W series carts is located between the controller and the blue voltage reducer under the seat on the passenger side of the cart. The programming port is a flat black 4-pin connector.

Now that we have identified the controller in your vehicle we can take a look at the required equipment to connect to the vehicle and make your desired changes. 

4. Programming Cable

To establish a connection with the controller in your W Series cart you will need to use CartCables part # CC-CBL-WSPRSE. It can be purchased HERE.

 
5. Programming Software

In addition to the programming cable you will need to have a copy of the "JHLLive" software loaded on your pc. WE DO NOT PROVIDE THE SOFTWARE.
