EVolution Classic With EV48-400-C Controller

 

1. Observe & Identify The Controller

With the rear cover removed you will be able to gain access to the controller.

 

2. Locate & Identify Programming Port

To locate and access the programming port you need to lift the seat to the battery bay

 

3. Locate Programming Port

The programming port on the Classic model cart is a 4 pin square connector.

  

Now that we have identified which controller is in your vehicle we can take a look at what is required to connect to the vehicle and make your desired changes.

 

4. Programming Cable - EVolution Controller

To establish a connection with the EVolution controller in your Classic cart you will need to use CartCables part # CC-CBL-EVO2SE. It can be purchased HERE

 

5. Programming Software - EVolution EV48-400-C Controller

In addition to the programming cable you will need to have a copy of the "GEF12HOSST" OR "EV48-400-C" software loaded on your PC. WE DO NOT PROVIDE THE SOFTWARE.
