When the charger is removed, the controller in the Moke, which is an Enpower MC3336 controller, becomes clearly visible. It's crucial to identify the connector style on the controller, as there are two variations within this model. One style features a multiwire 35-pin connector positioned on the left side of the controller when viewed from the front of the vehicle. The other style utilizes an "Umbilical" configuration with a cable extending from the top side toward the firewall. This distinction in connector styles determines how you'll interface with the controller for maintenance, programming, or diagnostic purposes.
